I started teaching in August of 2006. I began my career teaching Pre-k and loved every one of my kids and what had fun learning with them, they taught me a lot that year! I taught Pre-K for a total of 2 years and then moved to Kindergarten, which I am now in my 2nd year of teaching. I love Kidergarten as much as I did Pre-K and still enjoying learning from my kiddos!
I went to The University of Tennessee Chattanooga (UTC) and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Ecology; Child and Family Studies, PreK-4. I began working on my Master's of Education shortly after graduating, but life has taken a different course so it has been put on hold for the time being.
I have been married to Brad for 4 years and we have 2 little girls, Maci is 2 and Presleigh is brand new! We don't have any pets but are thinking one day we will get a dog...one day.
